Popular skit maker and comedian, Hilarious Sunny, is among several renowned gospel ministers expected to perform at the 2026 edition of the One More Soul Concert scheduled to hold on Saturday, June 7, at the Mahmud Ribadu Square by 3pm.
The annual gospel outreach, convened by Mallam Razphil, will also feature prominent gospel artists which include Kaestrings, Gaise Baba, Son of the Prophet, Nene Olajide and other ministers from across Nigeria.
Speaking during a pre-concert press briefing attended by participating artistes, Razphil said the primary objective of the programme is soul winning and community transformation through the message of Christ.
According to him, the concert has, over the years, impacted lives beyond music and evangelism, citing humanitarian interventions carried out by the organisation, including the provision of boreholes in communities across the country.
He noted that the event remains open to all persons regardless of religion, ethnicity, or geographical background, stressing that the focus is on fostering unity and creating an atmosphere for spiritual renewal.
Razphil expressed optimism that this year’s edition would be another life-changing experience for attendees, adding that preparations had been concluded to ensure a successful outing.
Also speaking at the briefing, Adamawa State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Leader Leneke, assured residents and visitors of adequate security arrangements for the event.
He said the administration of Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri remains committed to safeguarding lives and property while supporting programmes that promote peace, unity and positive social values.
“You are aware of the measures consistently taken by Governor Fintiri to ensure the protection of citizens, while also welcoming meaningful programmes that positively impact lives,” the commissioner stated.
Several gospel artistes present at the briefing also encouraged members of the public to attend the concert.

The One More Soul Concert has grown into one of the major gospel gatherings in Northern Nigeria attracting thousands of worshippers and visitors annually from different parts of the country.
