
The Executive Chairman, Numan Local Government Area, Hon. Innocent Koto has participated at a one day stakeholders Consultation Workshop on Road Sector Reforms in Yola, the Adamawa State Capital.
The Workshop was organised by AD-RAMP in collaboration with key stakeholders including the local government chairmen in Adamawa State.
The engagement focuses on the Adamawa State Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (AD-RAMP) institutional Sector Reforms to benefit Rural Communities.

Council Chairman of Numan, Hon. Innocent Koto had while noting the importance of the workshop commended the organizers for coming up with timely initiative to benefit Rural Communities.
” Rural Communities are in critical need of several interventions, (Roads Inclusive) to boost economies for job creation” Hon. Koto says.
” Let me talk about my local Government ( Numan) we participated in both wet season and dry season farming and one of the major problems we are battling with is rural roads where our farmers cannot transport goods to various markets due to the bad nature of the roads and this requires urgent attention for investment” the Numan Boss added.
Hon. Innocent Koto also expressed confidence that the workshop would yield a positive result through collaborative effort with his administration to construct rural access roads in all parts of the Numan local government area.
He also assured the People of Numan local government that more interventions are coming especially in addressing the dilapidated rural roads to enable them transport farm inputs to various markets for economic growth.

Conclusively, Hon. Innocent Koto commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for coming up with such impactful projects to benefit the masses across Adamawa State.
