
The Hama Bachama and Chairman of the Bachama Traditional Council, His Royal Majesty, Homun Dr. Daniel Shaga Ismaila, CON, has congratulated two outstanding Bwatiye scholars, Bokono Bennett Nathan and Esther Maurice Vunobolki, for their exceptional academic achievements in Russia and the United Kingdom.
In a royal message signed on his behalf by the NZOBYALATA Hama Bachama, Chief Agoso Huladeino Bamaiyi, the monarch described the achievements as a source of pride to the Bwatiye Nation, Adamawa State, and Nigeria.
According to the royal message, Bokono Bennett Nathan graduated with a Master’s Degree with Honours (Distinction) in Mechatronics and Robotics – Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Engineering from the National Research University ITMO in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
Esther Maurice Vunobolki was also commended for graduating with a First Class Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
The Hama Bachama said the accomplishments reflected discipline, resilience, intellectual excellence, and determination, noting that the two scholars had excelled in highly competitive academic environments far from home while upholding the values of the Bwatiye people.
He stated that their success had made them worthy ambassadors of the Bwatiye Nation and inspiring role models for younger generations.
The traditional ruler urged Bwatiye youths at home and in the diaspora to emulate the scholars by embracing hard work, integrity, discipline, courage, and the enduring values of Bwaraune, the Bwatiye philosophy of humanity, dignity, mutual respect, and communal responsibility.
He also offered prayers for the continued success of the two graduates and all Bwatiye sons and daughters pursuing academic and professional excellence across Nigeria and abroad.
The monarch further announced plans to receive the two scholars, alongside other distinguished Bwatiye First Class graduates and exceptional scholars, at the Royal Palace for the presentation of Royal Commendation Awards and Recognitions in honour of their outstanding achievements.
