HON. KOTO CONDOLES WITH GOVERNOR FINTIRI AND FUFORE INDIGENES OVER THE PASSING OF COUNCIL CHAIRMAN

The Executive Chairman of Numan Local Government Area, Hon. Innocent Koto, has expressed his condolences to the people of Fufore Local Government Area and the ALGON Chairman, Engineer Suleiman Gangkuba, following the passing of their chairman, Shuaibu Babbas.
Hon. Koto also extended his sympathies to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the significant loss of his ally.
In a statement, the Numan Council Chairman described the loss as monumental, not only for the people of Fufore but for Adamawa State as a whole.
He recalled working alongside Chairman Babbas, noting his experience in administration and the collaborative work they accomplished during their time in office.
According to Koto, Hon. Babbas made substantial contributions to the growth of Adamawa State under Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s leadership.
He urged the people of Fufore Local Government Area and all of Adamawa State to accept this loss as an act of God during this challenging time.
