NIGERIA@66 Vunobolki Calls for Renewed Commitment to Unity, Peace and Prosperity.

As Nigeria marks its 66th Independence Anniversary, governorship aspirant in Adamawa State, Dr. Maurice Vunobolki, has called on Nigerians to renew their commitment to national unity, peace and prosperity.
Vunobolki, in an Independence Day message issued on Thursday on behalf of his Campaign Council, congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, as well as traditional, religious and political leaders and Nigerians across the country.
He described independence as more than the passage of time, saying it comes with the responsibility to build a nation where peace is protected, justice respected and opportunities created for citizens to live with dignity and hope.
According to him, nation-building should not be left to government alone, but requires the collective responsibility of leaders and citizens.
Vunobolki urged leaders at all levels to demonstrate integrity, wisdom and accountability, while calling on citizens to uphold patriotism, diligence, peaceful coexistence and respect for the rule of law.
He said Nigeria’s ethnic, religious and political diversity should be viewed as a strength rather than a source of division.
The governorship aspirant called for greater emphasis on dialogue, unity and service to humanity, irrespective of political, ethnic or religious differences.
He also paid tribute to the nation’s founding heroes, saying their sacrifices should inspire the present generation to build a more secure, united and prosperous country for future generations.
Vunobolki further prayed for God’s continued protection over Nigeria, its communities and security forces, while asking for wisdom, courage and humility for leaders at all levels in the discharge of their responsibilities.
He wished Nigerians a peaceful and memorable 66th Independence Anniversary.
