The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Numan State Constituency seat in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Barrister Timothy Leonard Nzadon, has paid a courtesy and appreciation visit to the Hama Bachama, His Royal Majesty, Daniel Ismaila Shaga, following his victory in the party’s primary election ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Barrister Nzadon said the visit was aimed at expressing his gratitude to the revered traditional ruler for his fatherly support, prayers, and wise counsel throughout the primary election process.
He noted that traditional institutions play a vital role in promoting peace, unity, and development within communities, stressing that their guidance remains indispensable in nurturing responsible leadership.
The House of Assembly hopeful described his emergence as the party’s flag bearer as a collective victory for the people of Numan Constituency rather than a personal achievement.
He pledged to remain committed to the aspirations of the electorate and to pursue people-oriented policies and programmes if elected in 2027.
According to him, the confidence reposed in him by party faithful and supporters comes with enormous responsibility, which he is prepared to shoulder with humility, dedication, and a strong sense of service.
In his remarks, the Hama Bachama congratulated Barrister Nzadon on his successful outing at the primary election and urged him to remain focused, accessible, and committed to the welfare of the people.
The royal father emphasized the need for political leaders to place the collective interest of the community above personal ambitions and called on residents to continue promoting peace and unity as the 2027 elections approach.
