Engineer Dauda Adamu Ali, an aspirant for the Adamawa Northern Senatorial District under the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has thanked members of his constituency for their unwavering support and loyalty despite what he described as unfair treatment by the party.
Ali expressed his appreciation at a unity gathering held in Yola, Adamawa State, with the theme, “Victory is Temporary, Service is Eternal.”
The gathering, according to Ali, was organised to appreciate constituents who stood by him before, during and after the party’s primaries.
He explained that the meeting was initially scheduled to hold earlier but was delayed due to his busy schedule.
Ali said the gathering provided an opportunity for stakeholders to come together, share ideas, analyse recent developments and reaffirm their collective commitment to the political future of the Northern Senatorial District.

He urged his supporters not to lose hope, stressing that the strength of the people remains a powerful force for political change.
According to him, victory does not come easily, as every success is often preceded by battles, challenges and hurdles.
He also encouraged young people to remain focused and actively participate in politics, saying their involvement is essential to achieving the change the country needs.
Ali assured constituents that the gathering would become a continuous platform for consultation, unity and strategic engagement, particularly among stakeholders across the Northern Senatorial District.
The Director-General of the Engr. Dauda Adamu Ali Campaign Council, Hon. Bello Abdullahi, expressed confidence in Ali’s leadership qualities and described him as the best candidate to represent the people of Adamawa Northern Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
Abdullahi maintained that despite the outcome of the party’s primary and developments that did not favour their camp, the support for Ali remains strong.
In separate remarks, representatives of elders, women and youths pledged to maintain a harmonious relationship with Ali and continue supporting his political aspirations.
The gathering was attended by representatives from Michika, Madagali, Maiha, Mubi North and Mubi South.

Engr. Dauda Adamu Ali reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining strong relations with constituents and ensuring that his engagement with the people remains consistent.
