The Adamawa state government has decisively approved over two billion naira for the urgent rebuilding of the Yola burnt market.
This significant decision was made during an executive council meeting presided over by Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta at the government house in Yola.
Following the meeting, the commissioner for education and human capital development, Dr Umar Garba Pella, emphasized the council’s proactive stance on addressing issues affecting citizens, including the recent flood impact and the necessary closure of schools to mitigate its effects.
