As tributes pour in to mark the 59th birthday of Adamawa State Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Chief Maurice Vunobolki has joined other well-wishers in celebrating the governor, acknowledging his contributions to infrastructure development, institutional reforms and people-centred governance.
